If you're a hands-on individual seeking design advice for your vacation rental, our E- Coaching service is perfect for you. Via video conference, we'll tour the property together and offer verbal recommendations. This includes suggested amenities, furniture arrangement, lighting, landscaping, furniture and decor selections, and paint colors to elevate your room for optimal appeal. Additionally, we'll provide ideas to create Instagram-worthy moments for your guests! Plus, after the call, we will follow up with a written summary outlining everything we discussed and a bulleted list of recommendations. After just one hour, you’ll feel more confident, in control, and ready to manage your design project! We can help with general space planning, color palette, furnishings, paint, art selection, and more. What you will receive: • A written summary of our call • List of personalised recommendations • Color Palette • Moodboard based on our conversation ---------- All consultations are “up to” the allotted time. In some cases, we may not use your entire time block for the virtual consultation, but if we don’t, rest assured we will spend the extra time developing ideas for you! Kitchen and bath consultations may cost more depending on size and project complexity. If that's the case, please reach out to us via email BEFORE booking, and explain your project. That will give us time to fully prepare for our chat.
